I am 9 months pregnant and I had an emergency question since my due date is soon. well the lady that answered said she would transfer me to the nurse. So I am on hold and some lady picked up the phone tried to answer my question and rudely told me a nurse would call me back, it is 4:36 pm and I still have yet to hear from the nurse. You guys need to brush up on your communication with your patients.no I def do not recommend this place for anyone.
Doesn't handle paper work properly. Doesn't inform the parent on any updates that are highly important. Doesn't have the knowledge to handle my son specific care needs. Neglects his signing of orders that are needed. They make sure to send it to a facility you have no idea about with all yours child's information! and oh don't worry after your done being ms detective and find out they lied about sending another form in the first place and went ahead and denied his paperwork because they got reported. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very nice and professional. The facility was clean and modern also. I recommend this facility if you need to go to a clinic during hours other than 8-5 M-F. I really don't know if the co-pay was more than a regular office visit because my insurance does not go into effect until March 1, but it was worth being able to go get the exam and medicine that I needed without having to take off hours from work. I get paid hourly.
I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding care I received while at my walk in at the BCS Urgent Care. Thank you!
