Stayed on hold for approx 56 minutes and was transferred 3 times to reschedule an appointment to be told someone will call me back to reschedule… ridiculous.. but I guess that’s to be expected because we’re poor and aren’t paying?
Zero customer service. People must stay in queue for hours and receptionists cannot provide enough knowledge about doctor’s schedules.
The staff in here are really friendly and helpful. My partners Dr, Dr Antia, is really the best. He's been seeing him for about 15 yrs.
I am re-establishing care but previous to this I was a patient and I received excellent care. Excellent doctors, excellent pharmacy.
