Nobody listens to you there. I have to ask 4 times for a prescription to be refilled. They never call you back. just go somewhere else if you can
They take forever to answer the phone for anything! This is ridiculous, I know they have 3-4 people just sitting at the front desk on the basically on the daily basis too. It shouldn't take over 30+min to get through to someone to make a simple appointment or to get a refill.
It's not super bad just long wait lines and i think it's dumb they still make you wear stupid masks when they already said it won't keep you from getting sick just another hassle I don't need when I'm already sick.
I am giving this pharmacy a 1-star review because the staff’s communication is poor and not respectful. Additionally, one staff member speaks very softly, making it difficult to understand her. It would be helpful if she used a microphone or spoke louder to improve customer interactions.
