I dont like giving negative reviews bc my experience may not be shared. But I have been mistreated by this office too often. I want to give 0 stars. I have been with Health Point for quite some time since I was a child. I've had the same 2 doctors the entire time. 1 of those doctors no longer works there (they did not notify me that she was leaving when she was prescribing me anti depressants and "monitoring" me. They said they "mailed the notification of her departure" why would they mail it when they have my email and numb... read more

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! This clinic is a joke they rather argue with customers than properly hear them out. Same goes with the Bryan BCS clinic!
