Joe was very rude to me on the phone just now. As a potential client simply saying I'm not sure what to do because of being stressed over the terrible individual healthcare option, he told me not to call them back. Suggesting I was looking for "free advise", which is not what was happening in the least. All I did was voice my confusion, not over their company, but healthcare options overall. All of this after having called them earlier in the week, leaving a message, and never getting a call back. Terrible customer service.
