I have experienced great treatment with Dr. Kovic here. Unfortunately, I have had to discontinue my treatment because I had an insurance/billing error and the office has been completely unresponsive about correcting it. I really wish I could continue my treatment because, as I said, Dr. Kovic has been wonderful, but I cannot afford to continue it at what I am now being charged.
Dr. Dixon is so caring and makes me feel very comfortable in her care. She is clearly very knowledgeable, and I know I can put my trust in her. I had a very large kidney stone stuck, and she was unsure if she would be able to remove it all during one procedure. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up and was told she got it all! I still need some care going forward, and I know she will be the one I stick with.
