I had a very disturbing experience at HealthPartners Urgent Care St. Paul Como. An employee named Renée took me and my two children into a more isolated room away from the office, saying the room closer to the staff was being cleaned. I didn’t see anyone cleaning that room, and I had previously had my blood drawn there. While we were inside, Renée claimed that my five-year-old son hit her near her lower body. I was told they were all caught up and there would be maybe a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes, they called me back, took my vitals, and told me it'd be another almost two hours wait. I had another appointment at that time, so I asked if I could come back in three hours and then be seen, and they said that I'd have to start again at the back of the line. If you actually have serious, urgent needs that you need care for, go somewhere else.
