Had the most pleasant urgent care experience! I signed up online (which is such an amazing tool), and once I got to my appointment, it only took 10 minutes for them to see me. Dr. Jene Andrea Jones was such a sweet, positive, and personable doctor! She made me feel immediately comfortable and like I was in good hands. Completely disorganized and their wait times and front desk providing information are not even close to being realistic. Arrived after looking on their website which showed 45min wait - arrived and it was actually at 2.5 hours. Front desk suggested I "reserve a spot in line" via their crummy app, do that and return 2.5 hours later 15 min prior to my reserved time, check in, told 15 min only and 1 patient ahead of you, I watched 10 other patients go in over the next 1.5 hrs.
