I came with my daughter for urgent care and was waiting to see a doctor four hours. The lobby was not very busy and I didn't understand why wait so long to see a doctor. Very bad service.
They need to update their hours. Arrived at 5:45 to see that they close at 6 and already locked their doors. :/
The lady with short grey hair and glasses that works the front has terrible patient care service. The receptionist stated 2+ hours wait. They called about 1.5 hours. I returned on the 2 hour mark and the lady with the short hair with glasses stated they have been waiting. When really most patients are waiting 2+ hours to be seen, so who is really waiting?
