I have been to this urgent care multiple times, my experience each time has been wonderful. The care team is able to get me seen quickly. My last visit I was having an ongoing condition I needed to be seen for and was also going through a tough time mentally, Dr.Clouse was able to separate my existing condition from the symptoms I was feeling at the moment also and provided excellent care with empathy for my current situation.
Poor service, waited over 40 minutes for a 5 min appointment.
In the department that takes messages for primary doctors, staff regularly violates HIPAA laws. Ask for a call from a supervisor and no one ever calls back. Support staff used to be wonderful at this location, lately they're disrespectful, uncaring & violate HIPAA rights.
My young adult daughter went here on a Tuesday with severe sore throat, huge tonsils and very large lymph nodes in her neck. The rapid strep test was negative but they said they’d swabbed for other things to and sent her home. She got worse and we got no info back from them. I called and asked if they checked for mono and she said no. Two days after that visit, things got even worse for my daughter so she went to the Urgency Room instead.
