I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been coming since I was a kid. The only thing that isn’t great is the self check-in. It’s not something I’m in the mood to do when I visit urgent care. And heaven forbid you’re nauseous and standing behind someone who is taking forever to sign in. Luckily, the receptionist offered to check me in today. Dr. Jones was amazing and thorough! Long awaited appointment with Dr Mahmoud. After driving 1 hour through horrible traffic we were told the doctor called in sick so no one else could see us. No call to advise us so we wouldn’t have to make the trip. Smart? Avoid this clinic.
I took my daughter and she wasn’t feeling well. We were not there long. The doctors and nurses were very nice and kind. I had a very nice experience.
Dr. Jones was amazing and thorough! She took the time to ask questions that I feel get skipped sometimes in urgent care. Also, shoutout to Amy Ritter in the lab dept! My veins are extremely small and I told her that nobody can get blood from my arm, but she did on the first try!! I’m still shocked!
