Mammo experience was not good. The tech, Jennifer, was rushed and rude. At one point, she *told* me to not breathe on her. I'm sorry, but if you have ever had a mammo, you are practically kissing the tech and machine. Girl (who was wearing a mask), if you can't take your patients up close and personal, you are in the wrong job. This was before work today, so a great start to my day. I also work for healthpartners, so I was sad to see that this is how she treats patients.
AVOID THIS PLACE! Staff were nice but the bill is INSANE!!! I came here for OB/GYN appt and it was just an office visit. They sent me a bill over $800.00 !!!!! I called and asked for a break down on the visit because there was no lab drawn, no physical contact, NOTHING was done so why was it $800.00 they said because provider saw me over 60 mins, that’s why it’s $800.00 If provider saw me less than 60 mins, it would’ve been less.
