I am posting a review here to help anyone that may be coming here to have a colonoscopy with Dr Tiewala. The doctor that did my procedure did not explain that I would be awake during the procedure, he didn’t introduce himself when he came in the room or even knock when entering. I felt disrespected. I have had two colonoscopies prior to this so I am not clueless. I was in pain during the procedure and didn’t feel that I was being heard or anything done when I voiced this. I'm glad I never had surgery here if they can't talk to you. This is why I hate health partners insurance treatment is so bad 😞😔 I won't trust these people. Ers in Regions hate low income patients with HMOS and MA and treats you like you are a drug seeker, and junkie. I'm neither sorry 😔😐only one doctor I will trust is Dr.Colltity.
Before my Surgery took time explained what going on making comfortable.After 🦶 Surgery felt even more going home knowing Doctors/Nurses followed up calling my home check up me after care Thank Health Partners 'staff all do
I had such a great experience here! The location is easy to find, parking is plentiful and free. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. All the nurses, anesthesiologists, and the resident doctor were amazingly informative. There were no delays and everything was kept on schedule, very efficient. I felt safe and well taken care of from start to finish.
Easy to find and parking is free and close by. The check-in process was super easy, staff is friendly and waiting room is large. All of the nursing staff was very nice, helpful, and they eased my nerves going into my procedure. Everyone was friendly, down to earth and professional. I really appreciate everyone doing such a great job to take care of me the minute I walked in the door until I was wheeled out.
