We went in for a laceration on our son’s forehead and paid $350 out of pocket as self-pay. We were brought to the room, there was no running water and they couldn’t find the supplies and ultimately they did a poor job gluing the wound. And then month later we received another $75 bill in the mail and they will not remove the extra charge. Would not recommend and we won't be back
Don’t recommend going here 350 dollars up front to be seen just because my insurance is in the process of being set up so i got turned away ( great healthcare system ) called my main clinic they got me in and are going to back pay my insurance on top of it i had a serious situation going on. Feels they dont care about their patients!
Like a parody of real life, I was told "I don't make the policies." As my son was standing in front of the counter with an inflamed eye. In distress, I calmly suggested we start treating my kid so that we reduce the risk of vision loss. Receptions response "until I get a $350 deposit, we won't see you." Brought my stepson in to be seen for an urgently escalating reaction in his eye. His mother holds his insurance and wasn't answering the phone, and they refused to see him unless we paid $350. Apparently the oath of care is contingent on a pay wall. These people are an embarrassment to the medical profession. Go to the Maple Grove North Memorial instead and don't waste your time here if it truly is urgent.
Very nice building, front desk staff super friendly and sympathetic, Danielle A. Swanson, PA-C was one of the nicest medical providers I have ever had. I was in and out in 30 min, I got there right then they opened.
