Friendly reception staff, and the medical staff get through patients pretty quickly. Wait time went from 1hour to 10/20 mins within about a 15min spand. The only thing I would watch is alot of people do the save my spot in line and it doesn't always work when I've tried it.
Unacceptable wait times despite saving spot in line. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff.
Went in 2 weeks ago for a sprained ankle. The check in lady at the front desk was the only one who was nice, she didn’t have an attitude. Once I got into the back room the lady who takes my info and checks me in had an attitude, talking quiet, fast, and would get annoyed if I asked her to repeat herself when I couldn’t understand what she just said. DO NOT COME HERE. Multiple bad experiences. They don’t even deserve 1 star. This last time they are trying to charge me just shy of $1000 for a strep test through urgent care. They claim they needed to take a national test that I was never made aware of. This additional test was over $450 alone. The last experience was no better. They charged me almost $400 to tell me the wrong thing. The diagnosis wasn’t even close to the symptoms. Do not go here. For ANYTHING.
