I went to the Urgent Care for more preventative help, which I have in the past without issue at other Urgent Cares, but the staff at this Urgent Care were dreadfully incompetent and lacked the ability to provide assistance. Never had a bad experience here with the urgent care part. Staff is always great.
I came in there Sunday after having a big fly in my ear late Saturday night. Wait was 5 mins and I was out within 35 minutes.
