I came in there Sunday after having a big fly in my ear late Saturday night. Wait was 5 mins and I was out within 35 minutes.
I am never going here again as I came in. My daughter was very sick. I had to lay her down on the chair in order to even get up there to see the desk clerk upon arriving up there. She tells me that because I do not have insurance and my daughter does not have insurance. I need to pay $150 down payment right now for her to be seen. Went here on Sunday because I was having symptoms that lead towards it being Pneumonia. My 2 boys already had it. All the PA doctor did was listen to my deep breathing on back, said my lungs sounded fine. He said we could do a xray but didn't think it was necessary. I said I wanted it. Then he stated that by looking at the xray my lungs look fine. I stated I know it's Pneumonia since both my boys just got over it and i wanted to start antibiotics. Don't understand how urgent care can be so poorly staffed and managed...Wait time of 3 hours and no one in the lobby. Don't leave or you'll lose your place in line....what? Please offer better options. Website said NOT BUSY, 25 minute wait time. Save my spot is closed because it's so busy. Terrible, frustrating, ridiculous. F+.
I walked in and was given an approximate wait time. They were very friendly and efficient. I was seen and out before the initial quoted wait time was finished.
