I called to order my son's prescription and went hours later to go get it for them to tell me it isnt in stock but they will call me tomorrow when it is ready well I finally called the next day at 430 for them to tell me it's coming in the 5 PM order okay great so I wait for the phone call finally at 645 I call again to see if it's ready so then they tell me it didn't come but they are hoping it comes tomorrow well I actually needed these antibiotics yesterday for my 6 month old why wouldn't anyone call me to tell they didn'... read more
If you have an entire afternoon to waste and a high tolerance for incompetence, this is the place for you. Several times they have neglected to inform me when a prescription is not ready or not available. Once I was sitting there and they forgot to fill it and I ended up spending an hour waiting. The staff is seriously lacking communication skills and an overall care for people's health. Literally go anywhere else.
Best medical service I've ever received. And I've received service from many local clinics and hospitals.
