Takes minimum half an hour to be brought back just to be left in the exam room for over another half hour before a doctor even acknowledges we are in here
We had an appointment at 6:50 PM and waited almost one hour. Eventually, we gave up waiting because my husband was in a bad shape and couldn't sitting there waiting any longer. When i asked the front desk staff, a young guy, how much longer the wait will be after our being there for almost one hour, he simply told us we could come back the next day morning at 8:00 AM. His tone was so causal and lack of any care and empathy. It is such an unpleasant experience.
Had a great experience here today. Booked online and they were ready for me and saw me almost immediately after some paperwork. The front desk workers were helpful and friendly. The doctor and nurse were thorough and caring. I will come here again. I did have a difficult time finding the place although I eventually found it. FYI, You need to drive all the way through the festival foods parking lot.
Scheduled online. Arrived early for appointment. Pre filled paperwork online. My appointment was at 9:50…..didnt get called till 30 mins later and then i was told i scheduled an office visit which is only 20mins worth of their time. With that being said they cant go through everything i wanted to talk about. So i left and im not coming back
I am so over this place, you make an appointment for urgent care and the lab equipment is broken so you need to go to the hospital, or you make an appointment foe urgent care and they are not equipped to handle the issue you mentioned when setting up the urgent care reservation, so go to the ER… I have tried several times and it always the same thing. I am done, instead of just being referred to someplace else I will just go some place else, this place is a joke… the staff great, the people really nice, but they can’t actual... read more
