The past few times myself and my spouse have been here, it has been a mixed bag of results. Some days, we leave within reasonable parameters and have all the answers that we need, some days- such as this most recent visit my spouse had -we wind up more anxious and filled with questions than we would have had if we simply went to a different clinic. Awful experience and 0 urgency.
Check in was a quick 5 minutes. I was called in within 2 minutes of sitting down in waiting room. I was first seen by Samantha who reviewed my symptoms and took care of my vitals before NPA Krista took over. Krista had reviewed my medical history and was ready to discuss. Samantha returned to administer more tests recommended by Krista. I highly recommend these two women who were professional, caring, good listeners and prompt.
