Literally pulled in @ 3:05, checked in as a walk in expecting to wait an hour but my poor daughter has been sitting here watching everyone walk in AFTER us to be called back. After waiting for 1.3 hrs the front desk lady puts out a sign (urgent care 2+ hrs wait) So does this mean we have to wait an additional 2+ hrs from the original show up time?? What a joke, employee Some more staff or PA’s.. unreal this is what I pay insurance for my family for! Jesus the Army was more organized and efficient than this crappy service.
I can’t wait for AI to take the front desks job. The lady is incompetent. I got in there having waited an hour and they are still making me wait and no one is even checking on me since my pain is 10/10. They just ignore you at tell you to wait without even a fraction of empathy. Gonna edit cuz I’ve now been here 30 mins after my apt and I got almost a 103 temp and they are making me suffer waiting for the doctor. No urgency at all. Doctors here are great! Only issue I have here is that there is no privacy in waiting room whatsoever. When you check in for appointment or urgent care every single person in the waiting room can hear exactly what you have going on because the area is so small.
Takes minimum half an hour to be brought back just to be left in the exam room for over another half hour before a doctor even acknowledges we are in here
We had an appointment at 6:50 PM and waited almost one hour. Eventually, we gave up waiting because my husband was in a bad shape and couldn't sitting there waiting any longer. When i asked the front desk staff, a young guy, how much longer the wait will be after our being there for almost one hour, he simply told us we could come back the next day morning at 8:00 AM. His tone was so causal and lack of any care and empathy. It is such an unpleasant experience.
