This location is a joke. You close at 5 on Saturday’s, why are you telling people at 3:40 that you’re at cap? The last three times we’ve been here over a two year span - cap or no providers. At this point just lock the door, what are you here for cause it’s not urgent healthcare. So glad we changed primary clinics from HealthPartners, and I’m glad there’s more clinics popping up for urgent care, I hope they buy this location & actually intend to see patients.
This is the closest urgent care to our home and unfortunately, the quality of care is poor. My son and I arrived 30 minutes prior to opening, checked in, and proceeded to watch every other urgent care patient get called back before us for the next hour. They are not very thorough in their evaluations and we typically regret not just going to our typical providers.
In the last two months, my 23 year old daughter and myself have needed to visit urgent care. Both pretty frustrating experiences. When my daughter and her husband went in, they happened to see Dr. Zimmerman. I would consider not seeing this dr. Very bad experience. She gave my daughter, amoxicillin for pneumonia, not walking pneumonia. Three days later we drove my daughter to ER, where she could not talk or walk because the pneumonia had gotten so bad. I went in on a Sunday to get strep tested. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Nick and Tara and they were thorough and processed my testing quickly with little wait time to see them nearing the December holidays. The location was convenient and saved me roughly 40 minutes of travel round trip going elsewhere. I wouldn't have minded talk into a continued Healthcare plan but spaced on questioning that myself given my condition at the time.
