Similar to other reviews, I was asked questions during my routine physical which turned into a $325 bill. There was no warning that answering these questions with anything other than “no comment” would result in a charge. Received a voicemail from this clinic with no other information except to call them. The staff who answered the call was incredibly rude. She read off a confusing note and she clearly had no idea what the purpose of the doctor reaching out was. She then said, "you must have done something wrong" and refused to help or find someone to explain why the doctor was calling.

I go here for medication management. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They take time to listen to your problems and what you need or expect. The place is always clean and they offer public bathrooms. It's also off a bus line so access is available for everyone.
