Today was my daughter’s very first time getting her teeth cleaned at the dentist, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — she really knew how to work with children and made my daughter feel completely calm and comfortable. I was truly blown away by her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She turned what could have been a stressful visit into a positive, even enjoyable, experience for my daughter.

The doctor I saw *seemed* nice and attentive during the visit, asking me about pronouns and very empathetic to my *constant vocal* concerns over cost. Then I got the bill, and was charged for both a preventative care visit and an office visit, because she found a lump during the CBE. I have since learned that they’re totally allowed to do this, because the extra 2 minutes spent on that constitutes $338 more dollars of labor, but the fact that I didn’t even get *warned* that she would bill me that way kills all my trust in th... read more
