I always walk away with the best experience visiting urgent care, primary, and dental here (and recently I have had to attend a lot of appointments so I have a lot of examples of thier professionalism and kindness). You can tell the receptionists and nurses at the Wabasha location truly care a lot about patient health. I have a lot of respect and admiration for everyone who works at Health Partners. Got hung up on 3 times while waiting on hold each time after 30+ minute wait. Unbelievable.
Today was my daughter’s very first time getting her teeth cleaned at the dentist, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — she really knew how to work with children and made my daughter feel completely calm and comfortable. I was truly blown away by her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She turned what could have been a stressful visit into a positive, even enjoyable, experience for my daughter.
