I brought my daughter here for an eye exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. The eye glasses store staff was exceptional. They were very professional and yet also personable. There was no pressure to purchase and the ordering process was very easy. The optician was a huge jerk, and u do mean gigantic enormous impossible to overstate jerk. However, I'm not going to let that spoil my impression of the eye glasses store.

I've been going there since the 90's. Opticians are helpful and kind. Large selections of frames and lenses are made perfectly.

My prescription was transferred incorrectly at Nicollet location. Was replaced with correct prescription but when vision was made correctly I saw the distance was not where I could see distance while driving unless I put my head down and looked out the top of the glasses. Employee adjusted frames which did nothing to help correct the lenses. My husband had the readng portion put in the incorrect part of lenses at this location.
