Horrible - I kept getting passed back and forth between the clinics and was consistently asked to set new appointments with both clinics for the same diagnosis.
Good staff, pretty fast service.

They could care less about your concerning issue! I waited over 4.5 hours to receive a call back and instead I had to call them. They told me my issue wasn't a problem and had nothing to worry about, they didn't even address my issue that I called about! So I called Regions and got a second opinion and received a call back within 15 minutes with a full explanation of what I was experiencing and why. Kudos Regions. I don't ever want to deal with Hudson hospital and clinics.
They helped me every step of the way. They were very patient with me and even gave me advice for future incidents. I know I'm not always right, unlike some, and i'm not afraid to ask for help from people who know what they're doing. Great business!
So I go in for planters facitis and his first recommendation is taping my foot to see if it helps , Now with the amount of hours I am on my feet a day that can't be changed because of running my own business and let me tell ya, the taping made situations worse so I went into the emergency room to try and treat the pain since Dr.Stibal thought it was ok for me to keep taking 3-4 800mg ibuprofens 4 times a day.
