I waited around to speak to Molly the clinic administrator about the situation but she would not take the time because she was in a meeting. Now, I am forced into a drawn out, formal procedure to file my concerns. Who has time for all of this - you get a bad review. I am happy to review my bad review but you will have to go through a formal process with my wife.
