First time here. Staff was helpful. Facility was clean. Eye doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be back.
I really hope this isn’t the way the lab desk operates all the time. You fill out a small piece of paper and put it in on the small black rack. Where is an actual human to check people in? I waited too long so I just left. Like many others.

I really like my doctor at this location, so this is not a reflection of her. The billing and charges at health partners is absurd. I had my annual appointment and the doctor brought up an issue from my medical history. I answered her question - was probably a one minute conversation overall. My bill came in as $300 for an office visit. Why are patients charged extra because the doctor asks questions regarding prior medical history? It feels very predatory and misleading.
