I really like my doctor at this location, so this is not a reflection of her. The billing and charges at health partners is absurd. I had my annual appointment and the doctor brought up an issue from my medical history. I answered her question - was probably a one minute conversation overall. My bill came in as $300 for an office visit. Why are patients charged extra because the doctor asks questions regarding prior medical history? It feels very predatory and misleading. Just go anywhere else, this place sucks so much they can't mail out forms or packets within 2 weeks and you'll have to drive in to pick them up. They can't even mail things correctly. Then after bringing the questionaires in, two absolutely inept front desk people could not understand why I would have my estranged parents skip the "current" section. I told them that I don't talk to these parents and had to basically beg to have my parents fill out questions about my childhood, and they just repeated "Well usually that is fil... read more
