What a Fabulous health care facility!! Caring people, Great Doctors
The blood pressure machine kept giving different readings so I asked for a manual reading. The nurse took over 5 minutes looking for one and the one she found had a hole in it. So we tried to use an average from the machine but the machine shut down. Then ran it again after it turned back on and the reading was 20 points different that before. I arrived at the clinic at 9:25 a.m. for my children’s 9:45 a.m. appointment. By 10:00 a.m., several people who arrived after us had already been called in, while we were still waiting. We were finally brought back at 10:02 a.m., only to find out that we had to wait again because the front desk had not checked us in properly. This was especially frustrating because we had arrived early and were there on time for the appointment. If you go here avoid dr. Marquez at all cost!!!! He was very dismissive with what I am dealing with...i had a bad accident that required specific care from an orthopedic surgeon, instead he sent me to a plastic surgeon....when I revisited today, I was dealing with residual effects of that accident having to do with work capabilities, he told me that what I was dealing with wasnt "a medical reason" even after Dr. Yang helped me understand and start treatment...only reason this didn't get a zero star is because Dr. Yang...i wo... read more
