I scheduled a video visit, which is something I have done many times in the past when my son is nauseous and vomiting. This has never been an issue before—until today. Right before the scheduled appointment time, I received a call insisting that I bring my son in in person. I explained multiple times that we are all sick, and that coming in was not possible.
