My doctor here is incredible. I love her. I've had good and bad nurses. The people who call regarding appointments and questions are absolutely awful. Someone named Shawn called me and talked to me like I was dirt, even though she was completely unaware of my medical situation and history. They told me they wouldn't refill prescriptions until I made an appointment. So I made one, and they called me and said I didn't need one. They actively make my health worse.

My in training service dog was concerned and felt some of fear because of one of staff members from the front desk was very afraid of my male german shepherd dog…… 🙄 the review is from my dog because I can read his mind sometimes that made him to feel uncomfortable or scented of fear from one of staff members that my dog kept to get up often that made me to see what’s the staff member did to my dad, my dog, and me when we sat in the lobby by the Lab for my blood works….It made me to feel bad for my dog because he’s a friend... read more

i had an appointment to get a blood work and a X-Ray done today and the doctor i had told me that the X-Ray machine is working and i went to the X-Ray area and the blood work lady told me that the X-Ray machine is down and that i am gonna have to reschedule my appointment. i’m extremely disappointed as i wanted to get it all done in 1 visit, i feel like i got scammed!!
