i had an appointment to get a blood work and a X-Ray done today and the doctor i had told me that the X-Ray machine is working and i went to the X-Ray area and the blood work lady told me that the X-Ray machine is down and that i am gonna have to reschedule my appointment. i’m extremely disappointed as i wanted to get it all done in 1 visit, i feel like i got scammed!!

Be very careful if RN Kim Baranko is in charge of your care. Kim has a troubling relationship with telling the truth. I would suggest Health Partners keep a very close eye on her, when dealing with patients it is imperative that no personal bias or vindictive qualities are present.
My PCP here is great. HOWEVER, I had a 6:45a apt. and try to go inside at 6:43a, the doors are locked and I see no humans. I then look over at the hours sign at it says they open at 7a. I go back to my car (cause it's 0° outside and I'm the ONLY car in the lot) and wait til 7:01a to go inside. Multiple staff members are snarky about me being 'late' and that 'I am lucky they will still see me' even after explaining what happened. Don't be fooled the hours sign lies and staff are rude when mistakes/miscommunications happen.
Behavioral Health dept staff is incredible. My therapist provided exceptional care for me (5 stars). This 2 star review is for the cost. For one hour the cost is $643, at the time of this review. That's insane. No wonder people in America are not getting the mental health services they need. Somehow, this care needs to be made more affordable, especially to those who do not have access or the resources but need it.
