Mostly good medical care, but they make it really awful to contact them, leaving you on hold for long minutes while the same irrelevant ads play over and over and over and over ... that's not customer service, it's customer abuse. And even when you do get through, it's almost impossible to talk to a human being - you get a phone tree, and if you're not calling about one of the four or five options they offer, you're out of luck, there is no "other" or "to speak to a representative..." I don't know how they stay in business.

Took them over 4 months to make a decision on whether I could become a Broker and sell their plan. I literally forgot about it in that time. Then told me I needed customers to sell their plan. Well I could have had customers if you didn't take 4+ months to deny me. What a loser company.

HealthPartners called me regarding an issue, and although my husband (the cardholder) had formally authorized me, the representative told me I couldn’t file a complaint and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I expect better professionalism and respect — especially when authorization was already in place.
