I’ve always had good experiences under the circumstances when visiting this hospital also, both of my children were born there. The staff is wonderful.
I waited over 3 hours to not see a doctor but be told bloodwork was ordered; i needed to supply a urine test and go for a CT scan. When i insisted on speaking to the doctor I was met with an extremely rude and pompous Jhawn Dolorfino, PA. I asked to speak to the attending physician Sydne Mckenchie and was advised by Jhawn “sure if she ever gets here tonight”. My discharge paperwork states I was seen by Jhawn and Synde. NOT ONLY IS IT ILLEGAL TO HAVE PA’s WORKING WITHOUT AN ATTENDING PHYSICIAN BUT IT IS FRAUD AND LIES TO SAY ... read more
Staff barley stopped by to check in. At one point when the door to my room was left open two or three staff members were talking about weekend plans while trying not to make eye contact while I was in pain crying. I did find out what was wrong and was able to schedule the surgery for it however the summary that was written about my visit had more notes about a completely unrelated misdiagnoses I have previously asked to be removed that had less than nothing to do with the actual problem. My grandpa was in this hospital for about 11 days in Cardiac ICU. He unfortunately passed. However, the nursing staff on the 5th floor cardiac ICU I cannot express enough gratitude for. They were incredibly attentive to my grandpa and my entire family. They did their absolute best to make my grandpa comfortable and worked with him on everything he asked.
