"Unprofessional" would be an understatement for this practice. (Disclaimer: I have only seen Dr. Martinez) We paid for all of my test results and I had to wait about 2-3 weeks for them to "receive all of my results" before they booked the appointment to go over them with me. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am but Dr. Martinez did not even arrive to the office until 10:45am and, although I had told them I had an exam at 12:30pm, I was not attended until about 11:15am. I don’t recommend this practice at all. The first appointment, the doctor was over an hour late, and we were the only patients there. Against my better judgement, we went ahead with all the tests the doctor ordered. My child’s bloodwork has been completed since July (it’s now mid September), and if it weren’t for me calling (& only hearing back via text) to set up an appointment to go over it, they would’ve simply taken my money for the initial appointment and never followed up.
