45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, while I was already on my way to the clinic, I was informed that my appointment was being cancelled because the test is not due yet. Had I been advised of this earlier, I would not have taken a day off work and lost income unnecessarily. It seems unfair that patients are charged a fee for cancelling on short notice, yet when the clinic cancels last minute, patients are left bearing the cost and inconvenience.

A great experience, right from the moment I met Shari at reception, to getting blood work done in LifeLabs, to my appointment with Dr. Avee Naidoo. Everyone I met there was friendly, very proficient, prompt, a beautiful, clean clinic, ideally located in the city - just five star from beginning to end.
