HealthONE EMS (Airlife) provided the airlift services that transported my child to the hospital last year. Before he was even loaded up, they took my insurance information. Fast forward to the first bill arriving: It arrived without insurance applied. Wasted $300 and 2 weeks of my life on an EMT refresher course here. I made it all the way through, passed the final exam and all of the scenarios, and the end of the course they told some of us that we needed to complete another step to finish up and receive our certificate. The instructor told us that she would contact us within the week at the email address we had provided and been using throughout the course within the week. Two weeks pass and nothing... I emailed her multiple times over the next month and never received ... read more
