I've been a patient at HealthOne for years and normally love the convenience, but I had a frustrating experience recently that I feel is worth sharing. I called to reschedule a check-up appointment within 48 hours and was informed there would be a cancellation fee, completely fair. I was seen on time, by serious and caring professionals who were very attentive. Everything was as expected.
HealthOne Dental is a clean facility with an exceptional reception staff. The dental services, however, left me with more issues than what I walked in with. I came in, got a cleaning, was told I had one cavity. I scheduled another appointment for the filling. At the filling appointment, suddenly I was told I was doing two fillings.
