I can not complain. I come here so often because of my risk factors. I can not give one bad opinion. I absolutely love this place! The staff members are extremely nice. Hailey is just the best she's extremely attentive. My favorite nurse, Kristen, is comforting. She is one of the best I've come across. I appreciate all the care that has been provided to me. I suggest that you give this clinic a chance.

My first visit here with my son was awesome !! He got his first shots and it wasn't a bad experience for either one of us.... But today was horrible for my little baby sadly. The nurse that did his shots was overly aggressive with his shots. Midway as I was turning around to look at her do it I literally seen he stab the needle in my baby thigh VERY HARD as if she was stabbing something. I had to take him to another hospital for them to examine him because he cried for 2 hours and has severe bruising on the thigh she did it ... read more

I went here during my first pregnancy and had a really good experience! I'm now on baby #2 and decided to give Community North a try but I really miss going to Healthnet Downtown. I grew up going to Healthnet on the Southwest side and didn't think too highly of them, and this office does have some of the weird healthnet policies regarding scheduling and waiting, but the staff really care about their patients.
