I was SO impressed by my first session with Aubrey. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She is extremely knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and cause and effect of pain related to certain muscles. You can tell she genuinely cares about the challenges her clients are facing and is eager to help and heal. I've been struggling with TMJ jaw pain and am glad I found Audrey. I felt I got a custom treatment that provided a lot of relief. She took the time to explain what she was seeing in my body and what she was doing so I understood and could do some techniques myself at home. I'd never been to a home massage location and was actually more relaxed and comfortable than a chain location. I'll be back!

Aubrey took such great care of me. From the start of the session she was thorough with explaining what we were doing, what to expect and my after care plan. I left feeling relaxed and in less pain than when I came in. Also best massage experience I have ever had.
