Fantastic! Aubrey is gentle and patient and took the time to understand my injury. 16 months out from Achilles rupture surgery and I was still suffering from tightness and stiffness in both my repair and normal calves. PT helps mobilize my surgery side but my good side was neglected and overworked. After visiting Aubrey, she gave me relief from that constant feeling of tightness, especially in my normal side, and helped break up scar tissue tightness on the surgical side. Highly recommend!

I was SO impressed by my first session with Aubrey. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She is extremely knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and cause and effect of pain related to certain muscles. You can tell she genuinely cares about the challenges her clients are facing and is eager to help and heal. I've been struggling with TMJ jaw pain and am glad I found Audrey. I felt I got a custom treatment that provided a lot of relief. She took the time to explain what she was seeing in my body and what she was doing so I understood and could do some techniques myself at home. I'd never been to a home massage location and was actually more relaxed and comfortable than a chain location. I'll be back!
