Avoid seeing this doctor at all costs! I went and saw Dr. Ellen Michaelson for an annual check up and then one follow up appointment. At both appointments, my insurance was ran and is on file and I even pay a $25 copay. Almost a year later and I received a bill for $765 with no explanation and she is unreachable by phone. I have reached out and no one from her office has responded or given an explanation of these charges. I thought maybe some of the reviews were dated and the care has changed here. Well was I WRONG. I first couldn't even find the building because of the 2 diffrent addresses, come to find out it was in an UNMARKED building. Then when I called for some kind of direction no one answered. By the time I did get a phone call it was Dr.Michaelson herself. I was expecting an apology and maybe some direction when instead she was extremely confrontational. Last visit with her she was too focused on billing her other clients and fighting with an insurance company for pay and several really focused on my visit. No memory of our last visit and why I was there to see her. Worthless, and nw portland is not convenient for me. She is better off to leave the field with the hours and days she wants to work. I'd seriously give zero stars if possible
