I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to book an appointment with this clinic. Reaching the front desk by phone is extremely difficult—they rarely answer calls. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited on hold for over 45 mins - 1hr without success. Even when leaving a voicemail requesting a callback, there has been no follow-up. Had booked my first appointment with Dr. Malik and received a cancellation email about 24 hours beforehand. The receptionist explained that the doctor had a family emergency, which is understandable. However, I was told I couldn't re-book and that the timeline was "indefinite," and that the clinic would call me back to reschedule. As of now, I haven't received a follow-up call.

I am a 55 yr old female, Dr. Rahim by far is the best doctor I have had. She is calm, listens, and you can tell she really wants to help get to the bottom of your issues and help you 100%. The staff at the front desk are all very nice as well. I always talk highly of her or suggest her as a doctor when I have been asked.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had a scheduled appointment and still ended up waiting over an hour before being called in. What’s the point of making an appointment if walk-ins are being taken at the same time as those who booked ahead? If appointments are going to run this far behind, that needs to be communicated upfront, or the scheduling process needs to be managed more effectively. Respecting patients’ time should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Rahim for about six months. We both find her to be an attentive and concerned doctor. She listens to our issues and answers our questions. The clinic can be busy but luckily, so far, we haven’t had to wait too long for our appointments.
