AVOID this place at all costs. It is easily the most disorganized and unprofessional medical office in Brampton. The staff here operate like they are doing you a massive favour just by answering the door, and their communication is non-existent. I’ve had basic requests for medical records and health forms completely ignored. They are stuck in the past and refuse to use modern digital systems, making it impossible to coordinate care with other doctors or the CRA. DO NOT GO HERE!! This clinic has zero professional standards. The staff is impatient and rude, they make it impossible to communicate basic needs. They are also completely out of touch with modern systems, they insisted I bring in a physical CRA disability form even though the CRA uses an online application now. Dr. Erimona is my family doctor and no wonder why he is best.. He listens to paitent and very polite and respectful . wait times are there still not bad. But hey, canada needs funding for more doctors its not doctor's fault
