Horrible customer service!!! Takes forever to reply to you …if he does. I have never been treated in such a horrible manner as a customer in my life. Every time I called I was told he did not have time to talk to me, he had other clients that he had to help first. Called November 1, 2025 for help with my 2026 insurance and as of late December 2025, he still was not able to make time to help me. UPDATE 1/23/2026…ALSO TOLD ME I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL AND CANCEL THE 2025 PLAN (as I found a new agent and started my 2026 insurance)... read more
First 2 years were fine but this year he was very rude. I would stay clear and fine a better agent.
He was very helpful, had answers to my questions, doesn't pressure, a really nice guy.
