Tried to get my medical records and I was given a scam number. They will try to sell you medical devices instead of working with you and ignore your requests outright. Do not call this number. I will be notifying the authorities about these practices and how they are scamming the elderly.
The worst customer service. They look up to Xfinity. They basically make it impossible to get the record you need. I am at the point that I refuse to go get test at a place that uses this service.
This has to be the worst customer service I've had to deal with. If you press the option for patients on the answering service nobody will pick up. If you press the client option they pick up right away only to send you to the patient line where they don't answer. My records are given to all parties except for me. Is this possibly a violation of HIPPA?
