I have had nothing but great experiences here! They are always great with getting you in quick for appointments and the staff is so friendly and wonderful. Dr. Soondar is my main doctor who I have nothing but amazing things to say about. Today I saw Dr. Rice and was in and out in no time and treated with nothing but professionalism.
I am still shocked at the lack of empathy this office manager showed to my ill father who was in a wheel chair and has a tracheostomy- He had a bad morning and was late MAYBE 10 mins. AND THEY DID NOT ATTEND TO HIM. I am still astonished at this offices lack of empathy. I will NOT be back to see an office that cares more about themselves than their patients.
I’ve been going to this office for a while and they have been billing my insurance for procedures that they have not been doing! When I approached Dr Soodnar his answer was you have to play the game to get paid properly! It happened again last visit and when I called up, the doctor would not get on the phone and then receptionist or nurse told me that they canceled my next appointment that they do not want me as a patient! I have osteoarthritis in my ankle and need joint replacement. Dr Flannery has been a critical element in the process. He has kindly and professionally helped me with pain management and guiding me to a reputable surgeon. Highly recommended!!
I went here for an ingrown toenail removal, and it was NOT a good first experience. Obviously, no matter where i go this isnt going to be a fully comfortable proscess, but this really was not good. I am not sure the name of the doctor i had, but the first thing i noticed is that it seemed like he was talking down to me, like he would to a 1st grader. Obviously didnt feel great first thing.
