The girls at reception are very curtious and helpful, the doctors do a great job, I have been going there for years no complaints.
Dr Berry is a lovely man, and a great doctor. He values you as a patient, and always makes you feel ‘heard’, rather than some doctors at various practices, who can hear a few words and jump to a diagnosis and prescription before you’ve fully explained yourself. I've been going to Health Link for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The Doctors are all experienced and knowledgeable, the nurses and reception staff are friendly and very approachable and the pharmacy staff are second to none.
Doctor I saw wouldn't address my issues as my autistic son wouldn't sit still in the chair. How do you seek help if you can't attend a doctor because your child has a disability and is too "distracting" cause he is playing with the paper on the bed?
