Management is a joke! I’ve never seen a company break so many state rules. They don’t train, orientation is just signing papers then they send you out on your own awith no training. They don’t do the follow up trainings throughout the year. They have a policy that caregivers are not aloud to hotline abuse or neglect. Not a good company, they only care about the $. With gas prices today.. they run you all over and no gas pay. Poor hourly wages.
