Sarah was amazing in helping me get my mask for my machine. She went above and beyond doing the research and kept me updated every step of the way. Her customer service was outstanding- I couldn't ask for better experience. I got to use my new mask last night & it was incredible!! Thank you, Sarah!!
They sold me a nice CPAP machine which broke down before it was paid off. They asked me to send it back for repairs, which I did. It has been four months now, and all they can tell me is they don't know when they will repair it. They no longer offer replacement machines during the repair. Meanwhile, they continue to bill me monthly for the purchase. At least the local agent calls me occasionally to let me know they haven't forgotten about me.
Very poor response. I am nearly out of supplies and they blame my doctor. I checked with my doctor’s office and they advised the problem is not on their end. It looks like it’s time to find a new supplier.
Need a mask for my bipap machine, to start with they give me 4 of wrong size then another stle that didnt work so I went back to old mask style and ordered one and received 1 complete head gear and 6 more comfort cushions, watch them if you have insurance!!!!!!!!
