HealthLinc is the worst medical place I’ve ever been. And I’ve been to a lot! They canceled my appointment with my therapist telling me I had to see a psychiatrist. Then canceled my appointment with the psychiatrist but didn’t tell me until I arrived for my appointment, after I left work 3 hours early to get there! And then they were rude to me for being upset. They left me with no one to talk to and no options for other kinds of help. This is the care people with depression and suicidal ideation get? Seems dangerous.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful
Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable. My whole family switched to this office. Clean place, top notch communication. I wish all medical offices were like this.
