I was going to my appointment yesterday and got lost inside the hospital and couldn't find my way. Someone from the office named Kaylan came down and brought me to the office. She also brought me back down to the main lobby so I wouldn't get lost again. You guys are so awesome. And Dr. Smucker is amazing. He takes time to listen to all my issues.
Dr Garber is awesome! She was very helpful when I needed a more effective asthma treatment. Dr Kozak is great too.
I have been a patient at Centennial Healthlinc for over a year now. As a recovering opiate addict who has been through many different clinics and doctors for Suboxone, Dr. Kozak at Healthlinc is the best. The whole team at Healthlinc is amazing. I have never felt judged or looked down on. Dr. Kozak has been very patient with me. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a primary doctor out help with addiction.
