The woman up front on 8/1/25. Extremely friendly and very helpful. I had a order for blood test from cvm moline. Went in out less than 15 minutes in total.
I've been using this lab for over 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. I was disappointed when they reduced the staff to one person, down from two. The girl(s) on staff and I had great hilarious times. Now, no thanks to the big hospital merge which also took in Doc Raman's office, like school kid, I now need to have a hall pass to use this lab. And if I don't request it before leaving his office, I'm stuck using Labcorp which in itself is a joke as far as I'm concerned.
I have gone there several times Parking is close to the door and they are quick to get you in. The phlebotomist was very good, only one stick. The bad thing is you have to be a weight lifter to open the door. I have never been able to open it. I try to get their attention so they will let me in, sometimes they don’t see me. I left once thinking they were closed. What is the problem that they can’t put a door there that a woman can open? I, first off have never heard of this place. I was sent over here to get some blood work after my appt. I arrived at 4:25 ish..didn't know they close at 4:30. When I walked up 1 girl has her feet proped up on the desk. The other was slouched in her chair. I said " oh we look comfy" not what i thought I'd see walking into a *lab* the girls seemed to be talking me into going to a diff lab ..the codes on my order they said were Genesis codes. They are quick, efficient and know how to handle children! Definitely coming back here every time I need laps done.
