I have visited this location twice now during their opening hours and each time no one was there. Others were also waiting and decided to leave. Apparently the tech’s lunch break never ends. I also tried calling several times over several days to make an appointment, but no one ever picked up the phone. Save your time and go elsewehere. Great experience with AnyLabTestNow, just 20 min away.
Have used this place twice for blood. Very happy with staff. In and Out quickly
HeLP! My dog ate my Phlebotomist! Sent to this hole-in-the-wall facility. Drove 40 min. Arrived 20 min before they closed. Needed presurgical bloodwork for a "FRESH" broken leg -immobilized from hip to ankle. They didn't even see the order and launched into, "Oh we are closing", to "Our systems are frozen", to after finally looking at the orders, "Well we wont get them done". Honestly, what next, "My dog ate my keyboard!". Are we kidding! Just Unprofessional!
if I could give zero stars I would , when you go in the building it is to your left in a small room . Everything about it feels unsanitary . There isn’t a draw station it is just one room with all supplies using even one of those white party tables where they process their specimens . Also if you need a urine sample you go to the corner to go to the bathroom and have to come back to that room with the urine cup .
