Have been asking for a new size order for two months. Keep getting the same size diapers, even after going to the doctor and calling every month to get it changed. Lazy.
Tho Company sucks. I had them coming in taking care of my gma. The only one that did their job was the CNA. She came in like she was supposed to and gave her a bath. The therapists didn't show up on several appt times but then reported to the office that nobody answered the door. I asked them to call me to let me know the day and time of each appointment but they didn't. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We will be going with FirstHealth from now on.
