Terrible user experience on the app. Constantly disconnecting from the chat or not allowing me to move forward after completing a questionnaire. Only slightly better on IOS

3/6/25 Update: after 6 months of back and forth, retro authorization attempts, getting my employer involved, and filing an appeal with the health insurance company, Healthjoy advised 3/6/2025 they have worked to correct this. which is great. Wish I could get my time back though. Original post: Lost my trust entirely. I asked about a maternity medical test in April 2024, if I was 100% covered for it, to which healthjoy confirmed I was covered 100%. Got the test done a week later. When helping you they always keep you updated about what's going on. They had all my answers in 2 days. They are very friendly.
