I contacted them at the start of August and I was in pain and needing a second surgery. It is now the 21st September and nothing has been done to help.
Poor patient management. The receptionist’s misinformation and lack communication has dragged me along for 8 months with appointments being continuously cancelled last minute and not rescheduled until I followed up several times. Dr Grace decided to refer me to another specialist on the other side of the city without any details of wheather they could perform the procedure and no contact to advise me of the next step.
