I just received my results from HealthieOne (on a Sunday). I had a chat consultation with a doctor the same day. The process was very smooth. Just two very small vials. I had questions about the timing of the test after discontinuing my vitamins as well as a mild cold I experienced. Vicki from HealthieOne responded very quickly both times. She is awesome. I’ve had an outstanding experience with HealthieOne; their customer service has been exceptional! The testing kit arrived quickly, lab turnaround was fast, and the online platform made reviewing 250+ biomarkers easy. When it came time to analyze the results, they went above and beyond and took the time to engage deeply with my questions. I purchased the 260+ biomarker lab test for a family member. The kit arrived promptly. The instructions were easy to follow and the blood draw itself was quick and easy to do. Just make sure you're well hydrated prior to putting the suction device on your arm to draw the blood. It took approximately 3 minutes for each vial (total of 2 vials).
