Vanessa, Leon, and Chuck are all extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I love having a store like this in Valpo. They will do anything to help you or make your pet happy.
I just had my long haired mini doxie groomed by Vanessa. I couldn't be more pleased. Ally looks more beautiful then she did and was even happy on the way home. It was the best grooming experience we have ever had. Thank you so much :) When she is at the farmers market and all about town and people compliment me on how pretty she is; I will be sure to give u the credit Vanessa.
Vanessa, the owner, is top notch. She was attentive, kind and highly concerned about my dog. He came back looking beautiful and happy, which is a rarity for him, he's very uncomfortable with people he doesn't know, but Vanessa handled him beautifully. I also feed my fur baby only grain/wheat free products and am able to purchase his food here instead of ordering it online. I will only take my dog here, it's fantastic.
