I have been going to Healthful Healthcare for a couple years. Stephanie is the only provider that I have ever gone to that will actually listen to me. Not shut me down when trying to explain what I have going on. She doesn’t just prescribe medications to cover up the symptoms. She works with you to get to the root cause of the problems. I appreciate her and the staff.
I absolutely love the care that Stephanie provides for me. I feel so much better and healthier than I have ever been since changing my provider to Healthful Healthcare. She is genuine and listens to my concerns. The office staff are always professional, I just called to ask about a refill and they are going to call the pharmacy because the prescription was sent over last month. Our family is going on our third year with Healthful Healthcare. First off, the office staff is always understanding and helpful; they are honest about availability, payment information, and they go above and beyond to work with insurance. I had a friend recommend this place in March. There was a bit of a wait list, but it was so worth it. Stephanie was so amazing so understanding every word I said and never once tried to minimize how I felt about my health. The male front desk person is very friendly and informative. The female she's not horrible she could just work on her customer service voice a bit is all.
