Chris’ blood draw was the easiest I have ever had A+ all the way around! Michelle took great care of my son and I and we absolutely love this clinic!!
I have to give accolades to Chris the phlebotomist. I have super deep veins and no one has ever been able to draw my blood without trying multiple times or me passing out. Chris got my vein on the first try!!!! no longer need to worry bout getting labs drawn anymore as long as it’s with Chris.
Excellent!!! Dr Stephanie Blackmore is so attentive, helpful, and kind! It’s a family run business and everyone goes above and beyond. Do you know how long I’ve just gotten by with mediocre medical care thinking that’s as good as it gets? Coming to Healthful Healthcare has made me realize there IS excellent care out there and I can feel my whole body relax knowing I found someone I can trust.
The provider is incredible but the customer service is awful. I requested a form filled out that was never done after emailing it over twice and sending two email follow up requests. I was in office two weeks in a row, verbally discussed what I needed and followed the instructions they provided to me. Randy at the front desk was rude and instead of apologizing he explained MANY times how I should have done this or that. Never once did he apologize that I've been waiting since 7/26 for this form. Stephanie is absolutely wonderful! She is caring, compassionate, patient, and truly takes the time to listen. I always feel heard and cared for when I see her. The entire staff is amazing as well—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful healthcare team! ❤️
