Was told to be there at 11 for an 11:30 appointment and got there at 10:50. I was basically taken back right away which was the only nice part. When I got taken back the MA was super sweet. However my problem is that when NP Everette came in she was talking so quick it was really hard to get one word in. She asked me if I was taking certain medication to which I said no and then she said she would order labs for me to get done later so I could fast. Always a pleasure visiting this office and seeing Dr Jill Breed. Absolutely love her and the folks at this place.
This facility has the worst customer service. If you switch to HealthFit, you will regret it.
Haven't been to HealthFit but I can recommend Dr. Werner because he used to practice in my state (NY). This is a doctor with elite skills but humble and careful manner.
Health Fit is a great place. Santi is awesome, I was sad to hear she left and is at a different office now. Dr. Yamazaki is another awesome doctor at Health Fit. Very knowledgeable and personable the two of them are. They take the time to listen to you and your concerns.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Waited two hours for my appointment and was told “it happens”, false test results {including telling me I’m pregnant than telling me my kidneys were compromised, after a hospital visit, neither were accurate}. Terrible front desk staff, they were rude, short and didn’t know how to change my appointment or print out my lab results. Worst doctor experience I’ve ever have had. The best part was the lab, super friendly and professional.
